Day 1,2&3 : Christchurch
Arrive in Christchurch and head north to Kaikoura. Take a boat or helicopter to view whales, dolphins and seals. Dine in the crayfish capital of New Zealand. Accommodation at a bed and breakfast or a 5 star waterfront motel.
Day 4&5 : Marlborough Sounds
Set sail on your own skippered launch or charter yacht on the Marlborough Sounds. Enjoy tranquil sheltered bays, abundant bird life, the Queen Charlotte Walking Track and fresh fish. You may choose to stop off at one of the water's edge lodges for a meal.

Day 6,7&8 : Nelson
Nelson will be your base for two nights from which to explore the Tasman Bay and all that Nelson has to offer. Great seafood restaurants, art galleries, the Wearable Art Museum, golf, fishing, wineries and much more. Stay in a self-contained artist's house or at a luxury bed and breakfast on the water's edge.
Day 9&10 : Kayak
Walk, kayak or water taxi through the Abel Tasman National Park and then kick back and rest. A secluded lodge, golden beaches and verdant bush.
