Warsaw Fryderyka airport operates with hundreds of flights daily to and from all the major European destinations. Major domestic flights are also available to Krakow, Wroclaw and Gdansk.

Gdansk (GDN) (Lech Walesa Airport)
The airport is on the name of former Poalnd president Lech Walesa. It is an international airport located in Gdansk, Poland, not far from the city centers of the Tricity metropolitan area. Flights for Frankfurt, Oslo, Munich, Copenhagen, Dublin, Warsaw etc are easily available from the airport on daily basis.

Kraków (KRK) (Balice John Paul II)
The airport is located near Krakow, in the village of Balice, in south of Poland. Its a two terminal international airport. All the major international airlines, covering destinations world wide are available from the airport. If you want to fly with a private airplane you need to get permission by Polish air traffic agency.

By Rail
Poland cities offer a wide network of trains from all the major towns and cities. Polskie Koleje Panstwowe (Polish State Railways) is responsible for operating EuroCity trains between Poland and a number of major European cities. A journey to Poland via train is quite interesting as one gets to watch picturesque scenic views. All services from Western Europe to Poland pass through the Czech Republic, Germany or the Slovak Republic. The train routes link Warsaw with major European destinations like Berlin, Cologne, Budapest, Prague and Vienna. By getting a rail pass one can have some relaxation in the trian fares while traveling all over Poland. There are three types of trains in Poland differentiated on the basis of their speed- express(very fast), pospieszny(fast), and osobowy (comparatively slow). Osobowy is quite cheap in fares.

By Road
Road connection with Poland are advanced and quite convenient. There are road links from Poland to all the major neighboring countries. When approaching from European countries, there are no border crossing problems. There are many international bus lines connecting the major Polish cities with main European cities. Check your car registration, your driver's license, third party insurance etc before getting on road for your own convenience. The vehicle must bear a country ID sticker.

By Water
Gdnask is a major Baltic Sea Port to enter Poland. There are major Pol ferries operating between Poland and Sweden, Denmark and Finland. Yacht port is also available in Leba. Tickets for ferries and yachts can be purchased from travel agents or they can be easily available at the ferry terminals. There are sea connections from the UK and Scandinavia to Gdansk, Gdynia and Swinoujscie.
